Feel Good Spa - 10225 Yonge Richmond Hill

Yes I know it's far for most but it's right in my neck of the woods under new management.

Saw the ad yesterday whilst browsing BP and stumbled upon it - never been even under old management.

I called this morning to feel out the vibe - Asian lady picked up and said there was a blonde haired blue eyed girl working I said okay I might come by to check it out after work.

Limited parking in the back I go through the backdoor and realized I'm in the area where the massage rooms are and the front door is locked so I open the door and the girl at the front asked me "how was the massage?" I said I just came in through the backdoor and she said "oh! I thought you just finished because I just came back and the door to get to the massage rooms were locked". She said everyone was busy and she was the manager - she was wearing a white shirt and I could see her beige and black lacy bra through her shirt and had my wang half massed already so I asked her if she was available and she said yes.

Only paid 30 min cause I was mainly looking for fun today and she took me to the room - a bit rundown and not a facedown table and she came back dressed in a kimono - geez.

Started the massage - 5 minutes in And I requested a face down table so we changed rooms - much nicer.

Massage wasn't the best technique but she's quite strong and gave me extra time for the wasted time in the earlier crappier room.

Wiped me down and came back for the tease - hands were quite talented - as per spa rules YMMV with each girl but Lisa is very good.

Now for the important stuff:

She has a banging body my goodness - spinner body with B's and a really nice curvy bum and very fit and soft skin.

Her name is Lisa and she has a very nice personality too - I hope I don't fall in love - I secretly laugh at you guys who fall in love with the girls at the spas but this lady made me feel some type of way - mid 30's with one of the best bodies. Could be dangerous that it's so close to my house and she said she works everyday damn.

They also had one room with a mattress on the floor, great choice if you make it clear that massage not required.

Great RH location, but kinda dumpy. New management? May have to check it out again.

Green Spa across the street is way nicer, especially for the semi-legit guys on here.

Yes was a little dumpy they don't even have a sign up but the second room I moved to was alright but yes a little old.

Green spa has coco on Thursday who is very chatty and friendly but her massage is only sub par. Downtown Richmond Hill trying to regain some momentum with two decent spots across from each other. A+ wellness just south of Feel Good does not offer extras unfortunately.

Green spa is kinda a hidden gem of a place, for semi-legit guys who want a top notch massage, see the owner Lucy, massage easily better than anyone I've seen at E&M, and Ivy. I agree about Coco, I'm very happy with her massage but Its true, not at the same level as the others.
Huge free parking and easy access from the back, super clean, shower on each floor.

Overall, experience is similar to E&m and Just Relax, but occasionally they get a real young cutie, but usually they move on to holistic places to make the easy money.
 
Can they handle the stick though? Ivy and Lucy both work Monday I might swing by for a look see

Dropped by this place on Saturday. Called ahead to see who was working and was told Lisa and Tina. When I got there I was greeted by a 40 plus year old Asian lady who introduced herself as Tina. When I asked about Lisa I was told she was sick and not in. Not attracted to Tina at all and was a little pissed at the bs given on the phone so I left.

As Lisa told me - that room seems to be more for fun lol but they do have face down tables that one is sort of a last resort for them I guess

Lisa told me she doesn't really work weekends but she should be there Mon-Fri. Kinda BS they scammed you into going and then she wasn't there. Try again Friday cute girl named Jojo working who I have yet to try. May have high turnover rate as it is a new place.

Thinking back I went back to see Lisa yesterday and she did tell me she was sick over the weekend so don't hold it against them she's there all week.

Green Spa is really Semi-legit, most ladies been there a long time, whereas Feel Good is Full service holistic.

Kinda like the E&m and Blue Sky comparison.

I've been visiting A+ wellness regularly for a few years since they were on the second floor of the near building. I don't know one attendant who didn't agree to provide extra.
YMMV of cause but you can get HE at least even from Ivy (manager/owner).
Try to come on Monday and that young angel will make you happy without making a drama :)

The first time I went to A+ about 1.5 years ago I think I had th owner she asked me to keep my underwear on.

I went back about half a year ago and a lady with large breasts gave me an HJ (it was a Thursday don’t remember name).
