MPA waiting time

Just wanted to throw this question out there to see what all the hobbyists have to say. Once an MPA has shown youto the room and goes out while you get ready, how long is she typically gone before she returns. I have had a variable from 5 to 15 minutes. Are there some spas worse than others. Do some of them count this as part of your time. Would love the feedback.

My worst waiting time experience was the very first time I went to 2 Corby (this was well before it became popular on massageplanet.net). The MPA showed me in the room and kept saying how good looking I am and told me to shower. Since the shower was in the room, I obliged. After my shower, I laid on the table for over 10 minutes before I figured out she wasn't coming back in. I got dressed, asked the guy who was sitting in the room where the MPA went and he said she had a customer before me and I was to wait until she was done. Um, No! She never mentioned to me I was to wait for a full session. I asked for my money back and he gave it to me no questions asked.

I guess my expectation may be demanding but I expect the MPA back in the room right after my shower or a minute or two after I undress. I am not a patient guy!

My worst wait was 15 minutes after I had my shower. I had the shower, waited 10 minutes, then the attendent came back to the door, apologized, saying her boss had just turned up and she needed to talk to him, and then came back 5 minutes later.

Normally I wouldn't care about a short wait, but on this day, I tried to fit in a quickie before work, and had timed it out accordingly. The 15 minute wait made me late for work, and while driving there I got a $300 speeding ticket!

Now I only go when I know I have the time.

Waiting more then 5 minutes is impolite IMHO.

What kills me is when the girl keeps leaving the room to get something or talk to someone on MY time!

One time at Alphacare I waited almost half an hour - I couldn't believe it! And to top it off, there were no towels in the room - I was freezing! When the MPA arrived she apologised profusely & gave me some extra time on the session.

Another time at HFH I booked a 45 minute appointment for 2:00, was escorted to the room at 2:15, the attendant came back at 2:30, at 2:45 a card is shoved under the door and then at 3:00 someone knocks on the door. I ended up paying for a 45 minute session but had maybe 20-25 minutes with the attendant (I had to shower at the end). Plus I had to fork out $120 beans for the BS! Needless to say I was not too impressed with that session.

And one other time at the old PA in Oshawa, I waited about 15 minutes to see Cinder - To her credit she turned a 30 minute appointment into almost an hour.

I have had sessions where the MPA said that she is going to go for a smoke (before I have my shower) - That's fine by me, I'll have an extra long hot shower. Besides, sometimes the MPA's are booked back-to-back-to-back and I can understand that they need a break every once in a while (plus I would rather have someone come in feeling relaxed rather than rushed).

Been there Toad. I have had the card slipped under the door before at HFH. When i had my session with Roxanne on saturday she said they have stopped booking appointments on top of each other and that they are suppose to leave 15 minutes between each one. I think this is a great idea. It allows for the occasions when you go over slightly on time as well as gives the MPA time to tidy the room and herself after the session for the next guy. Makes me feel better that she is showering between clients.

was that 120 $ for BS alone or was the door fee included?
Pm me with details of what they constitute BS i hear different stories all the time.as far as the card under the door its like one of those factories like the kathy lee gifrod scandal. Why wouldnt aanyone complain,golly i read on this board that the owner encourages extrra time with the client. guess not.

Blink - The $120 was for the BS alone. I paid an additional $50 door fee for a 45 minute session.

If a client shows up late the MPA should let him know that his session will be cut short due to prior scheduling committments.

If the MPA is running behind schedule because she arrived late, then the schedules should be moved up to accomodate the problem. However, if there is a break in-between sessions then the overage can be absorbed within a couple of hours.

I do not think it is the fault of the MPA, but under any circumstance a client should not be short changed of their time just to meet the demands of scheduling conflicts.

Usual wait has been about 5 minutes after the shower.
Once I had to wait 15 minutes, because there was a shift change and all the girls were yacking.

While I'm waiting, I wander around the room looking for cameras.

I don't like waiting and I usually phoned ahead, but my regular MPA had taken me so much for granted knowing that I will wait for her. On two counts, while I was parking my car, I saw another customer walked in. Then she did not want to give up her turn and decided to serve the other customer first. She kept me waiting for about 30 minutes. I am not happy, but..... she is a fine MPA with good milage.
I am frustrated but nothing I can do ...

Now, if it were me, if she didn't have time for me, as arranged...I assume you were on time for your appt. I would have had someone else in that time, or I would have left. Next time you made an appt. with her, she would be waiting. That's providing that you don't have a habit of showing up late....But the topic is waiting, not being stood up.
