Packages for the mind: - Mentorship and Guidance Sessions by phone or in person up to 90 minute sessions. - Guided Meditations/ help w calming the mind/centering /grounding yourself - Talk Therapy - Tarot / Intuitive Guidance - Angel Cards Packages for the body and mind: Exfoliating Scrub - to promote cell turnover and cleansing of the pores to help you feel invigorated and look rejuvenated. In combination with either: i) Lomi Lomi to balance your body’s energy. OR ii) Swedish massage with medium pressure to relax and calm the muscles and the mind Any of the Mind of Body packages can be combined with Reiki to help increase balance and groundedness.
