Right. But it seems Trump thinks he can do whatever he wants with his power of signing executive orders. That's why I was saying for the last few years now, that he should have been assassinated or put behind bars. One or the other. No doubt Drunk Trump would get his ass kicked by Obama. By the way, I think I know what those 2 were talking about when sitting next to each other at Carter's funeral. Just a hunch, but I think Obama was telling Drunk Trump that he kept saying that he beat Obama in the 2016 election, instead it was Hilary.
