WENATCHEE — The former operator of two Wenatchee massage parlors police believe were used to facilitate prostitution was booked into the Chelan County jail Wednesday after a year on the run.


Linhui Yan, 61, was arrested recently in Pierce County, according to a return of arrest warrant filed in Chelan County Superior Court.
