10 minute "chat" about a job tomorrow?

I'm 16 and recently handed by CV in to a shoe shop at a shopping centre. I got a call the other day and the woman asked if I could come in for a 10 minute chat on the 15th, which is tomorrow, and then the formal interviews will be next week if they want to interview me.
I'm new to this so... what will we talk about in a 10 minute chat? Will I need to take anything or not since it's not a formal interview?

What are they looking for from a person working in a shoe shop?
Pleasant, helpful, tidy, calm, polite, able to Communicate with customers and confident.
These are the qualities they will be looking for. Good luck.

I would bring a copy of your CV just in case. Remember that this chat is really like a first interview and you will have to "pass" the chat to get invited back to the formal interview. Treat the chat professionally (treat it as a real interview) and you will be better off. They are probably using what seems like an informal chat to eliminate people from the consideration list.

They will talk about you, what your skills are, etc. She may ask you what you would do in certain situations (i.e., demanding or bossy customer). Just be calm, professional, and dress nicely.
