Johnny Le is charged with 3rd-degree criminal sexual conduct, three counts of 4th-degree criminal sexual conduct and 5th-degree criminal sexual conduct.
EAGAN, Minn. — A fourth victim has accused an Eagan massage therapist of criminal sexual conduct, saying the man inappropriately touched her while getting a massage, according to court documents.
Johnny Le, 32, of Richfield, is charged with one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, three counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct. His most recent charge of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct was filed Monday in connection to a massage that occurred on Nov. 29, 2023.
The victim told law enforcement that Le touched her inappropriately multiple times during the massage. When the victim reacted, she said Le apologized and then told the victim he did home massages for $400. The victim said she felt so uncomfortable that she left and texted her friend about the incident. The texts were shown to law enforcement.
Le was also charged following incidents on May 4, 2024, Dec. 30, 2024 and Feb. 11, 2025. Le remains in custody in the Dakota County Jail and will make his next court appearance on April 23.
