5 more arrests made in Chesterfield investigation into illicit massage businesses - WWBT

CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) -Chesterfield Police are investigating multiple illicit massage businesses across the county.

On Thursday, Sept. 26, police conducted undercover operations at two massage businesses:

• Green Massage Spa
• Oasis Massage

Police say a masseuse at each location offered an undercover detective illicit sexual acts during a massage for an additional cost.

Police arrested Chunxia Ma, 55, of Flushing, N.Y., at Green Massage Spa and Ruiyun Niu, 60, of the 13400 block of Woodbriar Ridge Road, at Oasis Massage.

Both women were charged with keeping/residing in a bawdy place and prostitution and released on a summons.

On Thursday, Oct. 3, police conducted an undercover operation at QF Massage at 9821 Chester Road.

Police arrested three women on a variety of charges:

• Cuixiang “Lucy” Zhoa, 52, was charged with allowing an unlicensed massage and allowing massage without a permit. Zhoa is the owner of the business.
• Xiaoqin Liu, 52, was charged with solicitation for prostitution, keeping a bawdy place, no massage license and no massage permit.
• Wei Xiu Luo, 59, was arrested and charged with no massage license or permit.

Officials say all three have the same Chesterfield address.

All three women were released on a summons.

This comes after seven people were arrested in an illicit massage business investigation in late June of this year.

Police continue to investigate these and other illicit businesses in the county.
