a summary of case studies?

Hi I hope someone can help me out here. I have been asked to submit a summary in no more than 2000 words of the Case Studies I have compiled. Does any one know how I summarize case studies? Thanks

Your tutor should be able to give you guidance on what to include in the summary - as a tutor this is what I would expect to see:
You can first of all state that you completed X many case studies of X many (name treatment given) 1 hour treatments each between (mention dates).
Each treatment began with a thorough consultation (explain why!) Then mention:
?many males
?many females
?age range
?list client complaints (e.g. stress, headaches, etc)
?overall results - did treatments meet the needs of individual clients? e.g. did headaches/symptoms of stress lessen? Perhaps you felt that certain clients would benefit more from another type of treatment and maybe you suggested this? if so explain why? which clients benefitted most? e.g. those who followed up on your aftercare advice?
Self evaluation is very important - what did you learn from doing the treatments? describe how your practice progressed e.g. perhaps you had to refer to your notes for earlier treatments and were able to do later ones without notes? did any techniques feel difficult or akward to do? did this change? comment on the environment in which the treatments took place - did this make a difference?

It can be useful to give each client a questionnaire after their course of treatments to help write up your summary - something like this:
Dear _____
To help with my homework I would be grateful if you could write down your impressions of the treatments you had with me - please comment on the following:
What changes (if any) you have noticed in yourself over the course of treatments?
Has anyone else noticed changes in you?
Will you continue to have treatments? Why?
Would you recommend this treatment to others? Why?
What were the most beneficial aspects of the treatments for you?
Any further comments you would like to add?
