It's a massage parlour just like Ambassador or Alphacare... not in the same category as SRM, Allure or Muse.
Hey Jedi, this is standard wording that you will find some other spa's use as well on their website and sometimes even in the massage rooms. You'll also find many spa's also use "All photographs and depictions on this website are strictly for the purpose of advertising and entertainment.". It's all just to legally cover the spa.

You may find that some such palces may digress from this policy and MPAs may do things that are not 'officially condoned'.
