Anyone know any Free/Cheap Scheduling software for a massage therapy office?

Hi, my client needs some scheduling software that works for a massage therapy office, is networkable (can access the same database from multiple workstations on the same network), and is also as close to free as possible. If all else fails I plan to just use outlooks calendar/scheduling capabilities but I'd really rather have stand alone software to do the job. Thanks ahead of time.

If you have a server set up, you can try to use a MS Access database. Setting up the database is no problem, but you have to set up permissions, group policies etc, to keep it as secure as possible.

The best and most permanent solution would be to get a Oracle or SQL Server (comes with MS SBS Enterprise Edition) and then use that with maybe MS Access in the front end. Unless you have MS SBS Enterprise Edition and you didn't know it, this will cost you some money.

Using Outlook is a viable option. It could get very messy however when you include calendar sharing, and trying to be organized.

Setting up a database is the best solution. You can then add a clients table, locations table, employees table and as many more tables as you possible want to organize.
