B & S vs IT

Just wanted to give a comparisson of the two places.

Locations: both are easily accessible since they are near major highways.

Atmosphere: B & S is more spacious and I like that there is a pool table and vid games to help pass the time if you have to wait. Didn't get a good look at the facilities at IT since I was immediately ushered into a room. But the place did have a sort of cozy feel to it.

Attendants: IT seems on average to have more attractive attendants but B & S certainly has its share of fantastic mpas. But since people's taste's may differ I'd suggest using the websties of the two places to help make your decision.

Service: I can say that at B & S I've never left unhappy. At IT having only been there once I can't comment on the service other than the I person I saw (Vanessa was great).

Price: here's where the two places differ the most.

B & S: $120 for 45 min BS
IT: $140 for 30 min BS.

All in all both places are really good and I will be back to both places. Although for my money I will probably still favour B & S to get the most out of my money.

good point, at B&S you do get more bang for your buck, but you can't beat IT's eye candy.

I myself prefer IT, but maybe I should try B&S more. The last time I was there, I saw Chanel, who was great but is unfortuately MIA.

breakdown :

B&S : $50 - room fee for 45 mins, $70 - BS for 45 mins

IT : $40 - room fee for 30 mins, $100 - BS for 30 mins

Oh yeah I also forgot to mention that I think B & S has bigger tables than IT.

No arguements that there's some great eye candy at IT, that combined with a string of good reviews is what peaked my interest in IT. I will definitely be back.

To put it in terms of sports IT is like a finals contender and B & S is a playoff team. But at the end of the day I think its fair to say that the customer would leave either place a winner.

I believe the MPA plays the most important role for us deciding on where to go. Scheduling and appointment is another issue. A high end MP might requires the client to book his MPA days in advance.

You're right sixer the mpa has to factor into the equation. That's something that I did not mention (my fault).

In the case of both mps (IT and B&S) I think its fair to say that many of the mpas at both establishments have been well reviewed.

I guess its a bit of a chicken and egg arguement really. Does a good mpa make a good mp or does a good mp have good mpas.

I think it's a little bit of column A and B.

A good mp will have more than one gem in the roster. A good mpa is less likely to be working at a run down establishment because she knows she can work somewhere better. That's why its not so easy to find the type of talent that's been assembled at IT or B & S. Hey take a trip downtown and you'll be thoroughly dissappointed. I think its no coincidence that the shabbier places downtown tend to have heavier or older mpas than other mps (on average). You don't have to spend much time on a busy street downtown to realize that there are many gorgeous girls walking around.... so why is it that the downtown mpas are sub par versus their uptown colleagues?

On an unrelated note I also feel that the mp is important in that I don't like leaving a place feeling sleazy or having to go to a part of town where I might feel nervous given the wad of cash that I have. Therefore, the atmosphere and location of an mp is also important.
