Bad experience at Body and Soul

Earlier in the week, I booked an appointment with Crystal. I arrived good 5 minutes early. The mangaer first said that the other manager made a mistake and she started the session with another client. I was not happy at all. He then changed his argument to that I was late. Hell, I was 5 minutes early. I took a look at the left over and left. Actually, I don't mind wait a bit for Crystal but I would take the abuse being thrown my way. The moral of the story, don't bother making an appointment with them. It is a waist of time.

Yeah that sucks. Mistakes happen. This is my 4th year of going there. I do mainly walk ins but the rare times I make appointments I haven't had any problems. I don't think its fair to say that one botched appointment means that making an appointment is a waste of time.

I'm been going here for about 4 years as well and almost always it's been via an appointment. I've nver had a mix up yet.

Don't feel too bad about it. Try dealing with the AC managers instead and the B&S guys are saints in comparison.

I operate pretty much by appointment and have never had a problem at body & soul.Which is not to say that mistakes don't happen there,but this could happen anywhere.

I have never wasted my time there though there are some waists there that I enjoy.

The only time I had a screw up I recieved an appology and a coupon for a free door fee.

That was from Sandi who I might add was so hot that I would would have been happy to have her.

On a manager note one time Sabrina knocked at the door. At this point I was showered and undressed. I had done a walk in and she had to report that she made a mistake and the person that I asked for had an appointment coming up. I was half hoping she would offer to take care of me herself. LOL. Just so long as it wasn't Tommy

Nothing became of the mix up because there was a MPA who was my 2nd choice that I liked just as much.

Management has done a lot of cool things for me over the years. Won't go into the details so that others ask or expect those things. But for those with vivid imaginations you're all wrong.... just small perks involving the rooms not the MPAs.

Been to Body & Soul many times.....

Never had any real problems with booking appointments....
I think the worst that has happened is that I had to wait for the girl that I had booked (the longest wait was half n hour).....

I had an incident with a MPA a while back. Then I spoke to management about it and the issue was resolved. Out of the recently hired MPAs, Crystal stands out.
