After driving all over and missing turns left and right I finally found the place. Only thing worse is I got there too late and shoukd have just went home.

Any ways, I go in, and had to wait some time to be served. The worse part, I just got shown to the room and no choices offered on who was coming to tend on me.

Well I got the girl named Alysandra, I think thats what is was. So the session was just a session. Nothing more and nothing less. I better make sure to book before hand if I ever venture back out there.

At that place one must have the girl booked in advance and never do a hit and miss. at any spa that is not a good thing to do.

I recently had a appointment booked at B.P. I even confirmed 1 hour before I left. I got there to find the MPA I booked had not shown up. I was lucky and got Stacy, who was very nice and gave me a great massage, but I wish they would have told me the MPA was not there when I phoned to confirm.

Virgo: You need to speak up. If you want to see the attendants beforehand ask. They will send the available ones out for you to choose from. If you say nothing you'll get whoever is next in line.

I agree with you man, I should have asked to see who was available before anything. I guess in the few times I have been to IT and HFH you get acustomed to being asked and shown.

As for all the other folks it seems this mishap of not getting your gal has happened too many times. It definately is not a good way to keep and get more clients.

As for now, the only way I am going back there is if I can get a booking with Alana.

OH yeah, if you use your credit card, you get charged more. You get hit with a service charge, and that is 20 bucks more on your total. So cash is definately the way to go if you are going there.

I hate to tell you this Virgo but the MPA I booked (and she was not there when I arrived for my appointment) was Alana...so even getting a appointment does not mean that she'll be there. I hope B.P. gets better at confirming appointments as it is a really nice spa.

I know how you feel the exact same thing happened to me.
The first time the MPA I booked was not there and I settled for who ever was available. (Never do this. Otherwise the spa continues to pull this stunt. As you will see)

Second time, Half way there I called to confirm. All was good. Upon arrival, the MPA I booked had not yet arrived. I was told to wait while they tried to contact her by phone. 15min later nothing. I left.

Third time, I called to confirm. Was told all was good even though MPA was not listed on web schedule. Cancelled appointment.

This happened a few months ago and I haven't been back since.

About 2 weeks ago, I tried to book Alana, but she was completely booked, so I decided to book Maylene based on the glowing reviews I have seen here.

When I arrived, Sal told me that Maylene was running late, so I suggested I would go grab a coffee and come back in the agreed 30 minutes.

Upon returning (in 29 1/2 minutes), Sal told me that Maylene was still busy and suggested I try another lady. As I had only ever been there once before (with Alana), I asked if she was available (fully prepared for a "NO"...and ready to leave), but to my surprize, Sal returned and said Alana would join me in the room in a very few minutes.

She did and it made my night...as you Alana fans can attest

Just wanted y'all to know it happens to more than one attendant and to more than one client...my luck was "on" that night...and it proves it never hurts to ask

Although it worked out for you, it still sounds like bullshit if the girl is running behind, and then you wait half an hour and she is still running behind?

yep...it made me wonder too, considering I did i fact make an appointment/reservation. I kinda wondered what the hell she was doing that put her almost an hour behind (and wished I was part of the action), but Alana made me forget the inconvenience.

I don't keep my clients waiting, or delay meetings and if I did, I would likely be starving for business...then again, I don't look like Alana or Maylene and my services ain't on par with theirs either
