I am a 20 years old and way too stressed. I know I really shouldn't be but I am. I smoke cigarettes and that does somewhat *seem* to help but I definitely want to quit. I just bought a bicycle so I am starting to ride as much as possible and I know smoking only makes that harder. I want to start practicing aromatherapy and yoga to reduce stress, control breathing, and become more flexible. I just don't know where or how to start. Any suggestions?
I think I must also say that I have a hard time sitting still and keeping my mind from racing. Tips for this would be great as well!
