I'm a very patient person, but I do see why some are frustrated with the B&S website. I think all people need is to hear something... anything... from them directly to explain what's happening with the website. Some guys need to see the pics before booking. Communication is the key to customer satisfaction. when the pics first came down Sandee did participate in a thread or 2 but never ever explained what was going on or when/if pics would return. She has since been very silent. Personally I had gone there a few times in the fall and enjoyed it, but have now found another home. Not saying the website was the reason but it does play a part.

hmmm ... I don't frequent B&S, but I'd hope I would understand, that whatever their reasons, they must have a good foundation or else the pics would be up by now. I think, especially considering the nature of the business that some leeway is in order...

Although I can understand the frustration to an extent, I really find it strange when people compare the business of MP's to something like the fuckin' restaurant business in terms of client satisfaction ...

Excuse me Pool, I wasn't comparing an MP with a restaraunt, but I think you have to concede that other MP's have provided alot more feedback when asked (Paul, Kayla, Micron to name 3). Also, I think that the MP business is far MORE effected by customer satisfaction than a restaraunt. It's not like McD's where you get the same experience wherever you go. I'll say it again, a little communication will go a long way in keeping your customers happy.

My comment wasn't directed at you, although I can see how it seemed it was. It was more on the whole rash of threads about the B&S site and on MP sites in general. I agree that communication can go a long way, but I also think given the nature of the biz that some leeway should be made.

Part of my point was, that it's not as simple as a menu at a fancy restaurant, where everything can be itemised and have nice pictures of what is passed off as the actual food. There are more factors and variables to take into consideration ...

Or could this be a ploy on B&S's part to try and end the back and forth bickering about the lack of pictures.

I hope for every ones sake they are beign honest but we have to wait and see.

The truth be told I visit B&S quite often and have rarley been dissapointed with their line up.

Don't take me wrong, I love B&S. It's a great classy spa, with some great classy women. It's a convenient location, and allows me to avoid Alphacare which is a fucking Sewer in comparison.

I just have a couple of problems...
1) As a client I depend on pics to stear me towards my next "conquest", I also find they help rev up the engines thinking about past visits. With the pics, I found that I would call up and ask who's working while accessing the website ( a schedule would be optimal, but thats tbesides the point) at least I knew what I was getting.
2) as mentioned, Sande originally claimed that an update was in order (but never followed through), and she has remained silent since. Silence makes me nervous. I can afford the hobby, I can't afford to get caught in the candy store. I've received info on why a BUSTED MP would remove pictures for legal issues, and without any clear explantions, I assume the worst, and the worst terrifies me!!!

All i want is a clean, safe, exciting experience. I don't want BBBJ's, and I don't want an officer at the door either. Just my 2 cents...

I would not link the possibilities of legal issues to their website without knowing all the facts. I have been to B&S numerous times and it was business as usual. Pictures are helpful but it does not always tell you the whole story. There are other alternatives. Give Sande a call regarding your taste and preferences. Even some of the MPAs there have recommended me to try out other B&S MPAs, which I found them very cool. There are also many massageplanet.net members here with info on B&S.

I am with Al Cohol on this one. I too believe good things will come to those who wait.

Although I miss the pictures, I have to agree that the ladies there have been first rate (in my experience), so even going there and taking the luck of the draw is unlikely to disappoint.
