Breast implants

Well, maybe that's not the most graceful subject to discuss, but I am sure it will get some girls' attention this time and perhaps they might come out of the darkness...

I have been actually reading about breast augmentation in the section below and I've noticed clients complaining about the hardness that usually accompanies the breast post-surgery. Kayla mentioned that the way the new pair feels depended on the doctor. Yes, it depends on what type of implants a girl receives (e.g. silicone, saline, etc.), the procedure (e.g. implants under muscle or on the top of it) and the skills of the surgeon among other factors. Also, and I think more importantly, the finial result greatly depends on a girls' previous chest size, shape and texture of her tissue. If a girl is, for instance, nice and pretty full B cup and she wants to go to a C measurement, she will receive rather small implants that will only complement her bust. Her new breasts may look and feel very real (if under the muscle procedure) with some natural drop over time. If, on the other hand, a girl is a very tiny A or non-existent and she decides to augment to a full C, then obviously she does not have much of her own fat tissue to begin with that would define the shape and reduce the fakeness factor. All you touch is the implant.

So, that's something that girls might want to think about when wondering about the outcome of the breast surgery. For all you guys, please don't get discouraged when encountering women with enhanced chests. I, myself, fooled so many men on this one... Some of the ladies are examples of a very good work of the mother nature AND the father surgeon, as some of you mentioned. And yes, they will soften over time.

that's good stuff to know...I never took the time to read up on it but glad u brought it up...a certain mpa I went to in the recent past remarked on getting them...I told her not to alter herself because of the fakeness of them all...but if a natural outcome is achievable...why not?...I thought they got rid of the silicone implants because of the health risks...true or false?

Silicone implants are still widely used. They are better manufactured than formerly and much if not all the health concerns have been called into serious question. Saline implants are reputed to be harder and less natural feeling and looking. Also if a woman with saline leans forward or is on her hands and knees you can notice a scalloped effect on the sides of her breasts...very observable with lots of strippers and porn actresses.

I personally feel that unless a woman is disfigured, due to surgery, breast feeding, etc. I think she should be proud of what god gave her.....

I dated a girl once who had hard fake ones, and they looked great under her top, bra, etc, but the minute I touched em, what a turn off.

Big ones, little ones, cross eyed ones, I think they are all nice.

Man, I HATE that. I got satellite porn that runs in th back ground when I practice and I can't count how many girls I've seen with bad boob jobs. Scars and scalloping... Even some top stars who I'd think had the money for a top Doc have it. Unless a girl needs it to balance things out, or for her self esteem, I wouldn't recommend it.

I hate fake breasts. It isn't that I have anything against elective surgery in principal. Straightened noses, tucked tummys, collegenized lips - I'm all for them if they make the recipient feel better about him or herself. But too many times, they come out badly, and enhanced breasts seem to head the list of f&%$&d up procedures. Many women wind up looking like they've been mutilated. The stretch marks, the hardness, the way the breasts stand out independent of each other. Yuck.

Alannis, I have not read up on the subject and can only comment based on experience. But, in regard to your last comment, do they really soften over time? I've always heard scar tissue builds around the implants, making them feel harder over time??

I think you're actually right. They do soften initially after the surgery, but then 10-15 years down the road they get hard again due to that scar tissue formation. Nevertheless, it's not always the case as far as I know and can't really speak from my experience on this one.

What about a reduction? Now don't flame me for asking... But what if a woman gets a reduction... And works in the industry... How much impact do you think it would have?

Oh and Ladies... If they could give you half of mine... There are days I would gladly share! Bigger is not always better... Don't get me wrong.. I love mine but... They do get in the way sometimes...

As a male who actually cares both about appearance and the end life result, it would seem that the 1 size rule (a to B, B to C, C to D, etc.) that was implied in an earlier post is probably the best way to go. The key is the phrase "augmentation", not "alteration". While I find breasts exciting, I have come to the conclusion that when they are obviously significantly enhanced (stand up without any visible means of support, look like they are tackked on, or have a cancave curve at the chest wall), the result is no longer enticing or stimulating. And when you toch them and they are like a hard ball under the skin with no give or resiliency it is a real turn-off. To any lady who is considering this, pelase consider that if you go over he 1 size rule you run the risl of becoming a characature. Note that I have a couple of lady friends who have augmented within this rule to great impact and personal satisfaction, without appear un-natural or having the "stripper" stigma.

I once dated a woman who had a breast reduction done.

The only visible marks on her was a small scar on the underside of each breast.

They weren't even that noticeable. I enjoy teasing/playing with the brbeats and I didn't even notice the scars.

The breasts were firmer than most of the women I have dated but not as 'firm' as the implants.

Just my 2 cents..........

As for actual implants............I do not really enjoy them, I prefer the natural ones, big or small I like them all/
