If i appear offline to a specific friend list, can those people see stuff i just posted on my wall, photo,..etc?
i mean like, if those ppl see me as offline on chat and see that i posted something on my wall 1minute ago, then its kind of obvious that i am online.

i know they can see my posts, but will the most recent ones be delayed and appear later?
 
If they are still on your friend list they can but you can block certain things from people in the privacy settings under custom. If you delete the friend then they cant see anything.
