Chicago?

I am planning a move to Chicago for about a year or so, and wondering if anyone has ever ventured down there, and checked out the MP scene down there?

From doing to research on the web, it appears that there are lots of escorts (some that have different escort and massage rates), but was wondering if anyone knows if MP's exist, but perhaps a little more underground. If course, since I am on a Visa, being nabbed by LE probably wouldn't be a good thing, so perhaps going with the independant option is a good thing. Only thing is, most of them only offer 1 hour for a price of 200-400 / hour.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Keep in mind that if you ever look into a "green card," that one of the questions asked is if you have ever engaged in prostitution. (They also ask if you were a member of the Nazis or if you have engaged in terrorist activities or genocide. I kid thee not, and it's not a new 9/11 thing.)

They doubtless never expect anyone to answer "yes" to any of this; the point of the exercise is that if they ever find that there was a lie there, this represents grounds for immediately and permanently escorting you out of the country on the basis of having lied to the INS.

The INS is really officious and humourless, moreso since 9/11, and if you plan to live in the US, this should really give you considerable pause for thought.

You really don't want to be nabbed by LE, and I'd say that the risk is high enough, and the implications dire enough, that this commends being really conservative about this. The perfect way to not get caught is to not "do the crime."

And in this context, arguments about it being a "victimless crime" are of no importance; this isn't the place for a debate over how to change US law.

The only foreigners that have had much impact in influencing the direction of US law of late are the members of Al Qaeda. And that's not exactly the right sort of influence.

I agree with the above poster. Any minor offence can get you booted. If you get a green card, and want to be a US Citizen, you have to be what is called "of good moral character". This is quite broad, ranging from not being a 'habitual drunkard' to not committing any crimes. I'm pretty sure being caught in a massage parlor will no go down as being of good moral character.

My advice: Don't. It's not worth it.

has anyone seen that show 'the mind of the married man'? anyway, it's set in chicago and they're always going to an asian parlour. i don't know if the show reflects reality, but i'm sure there are a couple down there.

have you ever been to chicago before? you might never have to go to a parlour again. the women there are some of the friendliest around. and quite beautiful too. just try your luck at some bars first. remember, not all women are as cold and stuck-up as the ones we are cursed with in this city.

T_dot's right about the ladies down there. I was there for the first time last November and found the ladies in bars and other social places are much more approachable than here. Of course, that's true for most of the U.S., most of the world in fact compared to Toronto.
