you will find indicators that Craigslist plans to only take down USA erotic sections. If you check on the USA sites, you will find the ads are no younger than May 12, 2009. (as stated in the article) But the TJ erotic section has new ads from today.

So this leads me to believe this will only affect USA sites. But time will tell....

Sorry to say recently they changed their " look " and it has become a dumping grounds for repeated posts from business with way too much fodder. But there is a lot of good stuff in the dumping ground !

This will clear the way for someone else to open a site. Backpage.com works closely with TER as they put up ads for me all the time....without asking.

They just take the info from the page and put up ads for chicas that have TER reviews.

They do not however have a San Diego section. Their Erotic or Adult service(whatever it is called) is only in some cities.

Look forward to seeing what becomes available.

That's a shame, because internet prostitution sure cleaned up street prostitution along with the heavy handed police action.

But there are other outlets such as backpage.com that could take over from Craig's list.

I'm thinking it might even increase business in Tijuana now if Craig's erotic section goes away.

I wonder what Wizdom escorts is going to do, since it uses Craig's list so much, or maybe it's not affected in other countries except for the US?
