Credit cards in mp's

Do most MP's accept them? I always just use cash but a buddy is coming for part of my trip and rarely uses paper for anything. I know NF, ZB take them... Idem? any of the smaller joints take them? Also, how does it appear on the billing if anyone knows? Thanks in advance!

She'd have to find the 44 trips to CR amongst the hundreds of other stamps... And I'm an eco kind of guy, the fact that I don't do eco-shit in CR wouldn't ever occur to her.

Is that a yes on the accept them? Couldnt find it. I am a cash guy... paper trails to me only matter to the tax man. I pay $ everywhere for everything. well, to my limits I have for reporting. Just trying to figure it out for him. paper trails dont matter, nor would he care who knows what. a few bucks here or there extra is just that...a few bucks. Its cheaper than dating or a wife.

Agree with RBC here, plastic in CR usally costs ya. I am like your buddy

when I am in the states and almost always use plastic but colones talk in

So far as I know all the major MPs (ZB, NF, etc) accept credit cards. I only used one once and the cite on the bill was something fairly neutral (it didn't list services or whatever) and not immediatly obvious as an MP.
However, why leave a paper trail, there are sufficent ATMs around if you need extra cash? Publicity about our hobby is never a good idea, leaving a record might not matter now but then it might later on.
