My 1st thought is no. That's a decision you should make for yourself and consider the long-term commitment. Most women need to re-do them every 10yrs. Most MPA's don't consider that. Ur obviously unsure, and the boys here will be totally split. Some love 'em natural. Some love them fake. Its really only about YOU Do what makes u happiest

This should never be done lightly, so beyond the self image questions here are some more to ponder?

Are you a poor swimmer? and do you expect to need extra flotation devices?

Are you into S&M bondage?, and do expect your master will need to twist your titties in clamps or put needles through them?

Do you sleep on your stomach or face down? what is their sleep factor rating?

If you were to turn around suddenly and whack your BF or customer in the face, would they recoil or bruise? Does either have a glass jaw?

OK one self image question, do you self identify with Barbie? and are you dating Ken?

Leave them alone!!! I for one prefer real ones to phony ones that not only look unnatural, they feel like a hard lump more than a breast.

Size isn't everything. The natural look is always better IMHO. I know a few MPAs who are B cups or less, but they look fantastic and I love 'em! Just rock what God gave you... Nothing sexier than that

Hannah - you are 5'2 and 100lbs. I always feel a fuller figured girl or bigger boned girl with small breasts considering it is definitely something that will proved a more balance figure. For you. Not needed. If they are more than a B it will look like you are going to fall over....

From the pictures, yours look great. Even apart from the problems if they're badly done, I find that augmented breasts are usually overdone, much too large. And surgery is dangerous as well as expensive!

Just get one done. Then if you like it get the other one done. If you don't like it you will only have to pay half to get it removed.
