Does yahoo have an online tech support chat?

My yahoo email acct, that I had many years, suddenly got a problem. I cant send, reply, or forward anything, with a new address, or from my contact list, which has not changed for years. I get an error message, "MESSAGE COULD NOT BE SENT FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON
MISSING OR MALFORMED FROM ADDRESS"
I have tried all the suggestions from yahoo help. Cleared cache, changed browsers, etc. My other yahoo acct works fine with the same contacts.
What is going on???

Well, I dont have the answer to your email problem, just the question
you posted.
No, they no longer have online tech support.. for "free" email users. Only pay email accounts.
Everyone else has to use the "Contact Us" button on Yahoo Help
( which they are slow about replying to, if ever)

Just on the chance you have a Yahoo account ending..

because thats part of your internet service providers
job to get your email working.
But if you mean the regular yahoo.com.. then using the contact us button is the only way
