If it's a sincere desire to build her business carefully over time with great clients, and with exceptional service, more power to her. Post covid time is like post war time.. new businesses will grow, and flourish as long as they are well managed, and not greedy. Satisfied clients always leads to more clients.. as long as the original satisfied clients continue to receive VIP services. It's 4x to 5x more expensive to advertise and bring on new customers than to maintain existing good customers.

There are times that she will leave early.....she usually doesn't like to stay past 7pm or so...she could also be in session with the door locked...so just something else to keep in mind

yeah - I agree, she was kinda cute and nice. Just not 5 star like the OP said, imho (and i don't love the over-selling much - just review the place, don't sell it). Never seen anyone else in the building even when i went there.

To clarify....there is only one "EMMA" at Breeze Spa...I was being conservative saying she was in her 30's...I would say late 30's to early 40's...but she does look after herself and holds her age well.
No, she doesn't have a "hard body" but I would say her body is average for a person who has had 1 kid...she looks good no matter what she is wearing....

Does EMMA have a few tattoos? I went a while back (maybe a year ago) and saw a younger looking woman there who did a most excellent flip. I thought her name was Tina, but I am lousy with names. I went a couple of weeks ago and there was Helen and a Auntie with curly hair (I'm assuming that's CiCi?). Helen did a pretty good massage, and I find her really cute with a nice bubbly personality. But she said that the other lady would have to do the flip. I don't know if she was just trying to help the other lady get some work? Or if that's just her thing? It's the only time I've ever refused a flip lol.

Emma is probably mid-late 30's and her English is quite good. Cici is curly hair and very heavy chinese accent. The other thing with Cici is she's high pressure...where as Emma lets things happen on their own.
After seeing both, Ill only see Emma.
