EOs for fragile capillaries

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could help me with this.. I have rosacea on my cheeks and nose and tiny broken capillaries around my nose.. I'm not really a fan of expensive, promising creams, but would rather try something natural. Are there EOs or even a blend that could strengthen capillaries, or soothe rosacea or anything of the kind?

Hi Orcinus,

Broken capillaries usual affect peoplewith fair delicate skins. Avoid drinking stimulants such as tea coffee and chocolate. Protect the skin from the ements too,whilst avoiding extremely hot water in baths or washes and avoid saunas and steam baths.

It is interesting that the rose is the oil that is useful for helping broken caplillaries and the condition called rosacea - for this is the family name of the species of flower too.
You can make a compress of parsley tea and use this daily on the face and add two drops of rose otto to it.

Gentle facial massage with parsley oil and roman chamomile in wheatgerm, rosehip will calm the colouring down. The essential oils will help to strengthen the capillaries.

Eat foods high in vit C such as oranges, grapefruit and lemons.
