The chat still doesn't work for me.........I put in my name, my password, and then a window opens, saying "loading chat program", but nothing happens. I get one of those boxes in the top left hand corner of the window that comes up when a picture won't load..........

It was working for me until the security script was installed. We use random IP's so maybe that's why???

That might be the problem. Max = 3 registrations per IP.

I am not really sure how you can get round that problem.

If you are getting a page that says loading chat program, and that is all it does, it probably means your "Java Virtual Machine" is outdated.

Since this is Java, it works with almost all browsers, however since some browsers have different version of Java Virtual Machine, and Microsoft choose to ignore the Java standards and write their own which is not fully compatable, it is difficult to make 100% compatable.

You should goto this page:
http://www.rcsoft.net/browser_support.php

and depending on which browser you are using, update the Java Virtual Machine.
