I asked Kayla in the Peep Postings. But was just curious about getting a wider audience on this topic. What are the risks that we take as a consumer in a MP? It seems like the spa's get fined if LE catches a woman unclothed. What happens to the poor guy?

If we do get fined? Or arrested (FUCK)??? Do they at least let the girl finish the release?

Seriously, I've enjoyed myself the few times I've been to an MP, want to start going a lot more, but now I'm concerned about reprecussions for us. Not interested in getting a criminal record, or the need to explain why I need someone to bail me out!

Anyone ever get fucked (in the bad sense) by going to an MP? I figured it was a safer alternative to SP (still is in my opinion), and without the teasing of a SC at the same cost.

If you had done a search here or on MBB, you would have found out that this has been discussed numerous times.

If LE comes in and you are getting sexual services from a lady, you can be charged as an inmate in a common bawdy house. If you are just there getting a massage, you will not get arrested but you will be asked to get dressed and leave if there is something going on that violates the bylaws or criminal code.

I'd welcome a comment from any legal types that know more about this, but I believe that by the time police have enough evidence to raid and lay charges of keeping a common bawdy house, anyone found on the premises at the time of the raid - even if you're just getting a massage - is charged as being a found-in.

I have no idea how often such charges lead to eventual conviction, I suspect not very often, but still it would be quite the hassle, especially if you're married.

Having any type of sex in a MP is a criminal offence. You get caught by LE, you get arrested. You go to trial. You get convicted, if the cops show up and saythe right words. You get a criminal record. You possibly lose your job or your ability to travel to the US. Possibly your wife finds out.

Or LE could just boot your ass out of the joint when they raid - in which case, you should thank them very much.

Thanks Oagre and The Fan. That was my understanding too. The confusion is understandable though, since the occasional raids are selective and don't appear to follow a logical plan.
