Every time I try to join my friends game, or him to join mine, it says "The party may have an incompatible setup. Your setting, OPEN NAT, is usually compatible. Visit www.bungie.net/router for more information."

Went the the IT people at my school (friend did the same) and the both had no idea. both of our NAT settings are open and stay open, and the IT people said that school routers do not need to be forwarded. Mt internet connection speed is fine and so is my friends. I am using the first generation xbox 360 (no HDMI port LOL), and my friend has the new slim. Both systems are totally up to date.www.bungie.net/router is a worthless link. Please help!
