Has everyone written off Comfort Oasis?

After reading all the negative reviews I have always avoided CO but it is 'in my neighbourhood' and have always been tempted to go do a TOFTT. Foolish idea? Anybody been there recently? Any reasons NOt to give them another try?

I go to Lee Gardens for the odd meal, take out. Recently around 8:30. CO was closed, lights out.
I have met a handful of good ladies who eventually went elsewhere and it's been probably a couple years or so since my last Oasis visit

I can only speak for myself, I more or less wrote off the studio for now until one of the reliable reviewer says otherwise. CO was one of the first place which got me into the semi-legit world but I discovered much better places. A couple years ago, pre-pandemic, I went back twice to try them out again. The location is good, the rooms are big with showers, I like the facilities. Each time I go, I was greeted by ladies who are a little chubbier, a lot louder, and a lot greedier than I like. All of that I can overlook if the service was exceptional, it was not. So I stopped going again.

Again, just my personal experience. May be if I understand Chinese, I would feel differently but I find that, as soon as a customer arrive, the loud discussion as to whose turn it is and the death glare when you choose someone else a real turn off.

I simply don’t understand how they can make enough money to make rent.
I tend to think the business is just there so the owners have a legitimate place to launder money and hang out the washed up grandmas to dry.

Wouldn't surprise me for a second if it was a money laundering operation. There's a popcorn store I ride by quite a bit, have never seen a person going in, leaving, or in the store. And it's been around forever. I'm convinced it's a money laundering business.

Really wish the proprietor would take notice and offer something better. The location suits me well and I love the in room showers.
Alas, the westend needs more offering.

Was in area today so thought would toftt. Saw Lucy. Slim but covered up with mask etc. Massage was adequate but seemed rushed as well as the extra oil all over. Barely able to finish with jackhammer. Won't be back for long time again.
