Help for a complete beginner!!

Hi everyone

I have just bought my first batch of essential oils and intend to use them in bath products. I have looked online and found a list of blends that I would like to try and tonight sat down to have some fun.......but I feel completely lost!!

I have used the dropper in the bottle to put drops of oils into a small bowl, but have no clue how to actually mix them together! Also, I found it very hard to judge how much of each oil was actually leaving the bottle - how much is a "drop"?

Finally, there seemed to be a very small amount in the bowl so how on earth do I then transfer it to a bottle to store it so that I can come back to it in a day or so to see if I like it once it has settled/blended?

Sorry if these seem silly questions to the experts - any help would be very much appreciated!

Hi Specialgirl,

It's good that you are getting an interest in making bath products, but am I right in thinking you have not had any training in aromatherapy as you don't seem to know how to go about it. Are you intending to make these for yourself or others?
