i have so far never complained when an mpa has been late for an appointment, but todays' experience takes the cake. i arrive at HFH on time for my appointment with an mpa. only to get there and be told that she is running late as the rooms werent ready on time. how late will she be i inquire...."well she's about to go and see a client in about 5mins and your next so it will be about 30mins" which as we all know for the rest of us in real time actually means 45mins.
why am i pissed, because this is not the first time....i've been to HFH 4 times including today since i first started going there and i've been told to wait 3 times even though i have had appointments for all my visits.....the first wait was 30mins the mpa was running late, the second time the rooms werent ready and you see 4 guys all waiting in the lounge for their appointments and the wait was about 15mins that day and then there was todays experience.
well i politely told the mpa to cancel my one hour appointment and she asked me if i wanted to reschedule for later. i thanked her but said that it was allright and walked out. i am not going to name names becuase i dont think it's her fault as this has happened with different attendants. the only positive thing i have to say was that the lady who talked to me was honest about the wait time and thus saved me a lot of aggravation.
so my being impressed with HFH at the outset has turned into disillusionment and i voted with my wallet and went to an equally top notch MP a few minutes away
