I installed yahoo messenger on my pc to video chat with my iphone4. The web cam turns on and I can broadcast video but as soon as I try to connect a video call to my iPhone the web cam on the pc goes to turn on and then an error message pops up and shuts down yahoo messenger. The help page says to update java, adobe, and ie and clear history. I've done that and no change. I'm running vista on an hp laptop with a built-in web cam. What else could fix this?
