How much to charge for outcalls?

I charge $50 for an hour massage in my office, what is the typical mark-up for outcalls? $75 per hour??

I charge 25% extra for a 30min radius, make sure you put a time or distance in there otherwise people expect it to be the same rate 1hr away.
I'm thinking of increasing it up to 33%

I think the problem you might have is it is 50% more than your clinic rate - that is a big travel loading, $25 isn't much to cover time/petrol, but compared to your clinic rate it looks a LOT.

I do outcalls for my private business. I live in the suburbs and will go out approximately 20 miles at the most. Most of my clients have been close to home. I was given advice to charge the same for everybody to the areas I am willing to travel. Also, remember you could see at least two people in your own office for the time it takes to drive out, set up, and do that one massage. The clients wanting home massage should be paying more for that convenience.

I don't have an office, so my rates are all set up with outcalls in mind. I charge $65 for a one-hour relaxation, $70 for one hour of NMT/Therapeutic, and $40 for a half-hour of either.

I have a pretty fuel-efficient car, though, and I look at it this way--I could probably charge more for the convenience of coming to them, but I sure do enjoy the convenience I experience when I don't have to pay monthly rent/utilities on an office every month!

Yes, I know people rn them out of their homes, but I can't for two reasons.

1) My lease prohibits it.

2) I have two children, ages 3 and 4. I would NEVER pass a health inspection!!!

I charge $75 for in office and $125 to $145 for an outcall. (It depends on where it is at.)

That's for 1 hour.

I just started offering this for the first time this year and I am charging the same rate as my hour and half fee. If it's further than 15 miles there will be a traveling fee.

Brand new so no one has really wrapped their mind around it yet - people here move a bit slower than the rest of the world...but I except I'll have a few clients bite around Valentine's Day for a couple's massage.
