how to choose your attendant?

I've heard or read that there are massage places where you get to choose who massages you. I've been to several such as Sakura on Danforth, Blau Spa, Spa One and a few others and the person who greets you is the one who gives the massage. At times, as soon as I enter, my interest goes downhill as she is not my ideal. I feel it's not very fair to the customer. It's like walking into a restaurant, paying for food without choosing from the menu - or even seeing the menu. I decided last time to just say no thanks and walk away. I felt bad cause it's pretty obvious that it's an insult to the attendant. But my question is, are there any Asian massage places where you can choose?

Also, are the girls in Spa Pacific website the real deal? The website even posts which days they work and they are all a 10/10 in my opinion. Now that would be a massage!
