I need help with writing a counceling chit.?

I'm in the Navy and I'm supposed to write this guy a good counceling chit for having a good uniform. If you had to write one what would you say? I'm not sure what to write. Thank you!
Omg, I said I was told to write one. So why the hell would you say don't write one? That's not good advice at all.

Why write anything? The Sailor was in proper uniform..that's nothing note worthy.

Well I tend to agree with tutu, but to answer the question you just write it up like you said, something to the affect of Seaman so and so on this particular day his/her uniform was flawless and it was obvious that extra time and attention to detail was taken and is note worthy.

You could also consider going to the NEX and looking for one of the books on how to write counseling/awards/etc.
