If I delete a chat contact on gmail will the person know?

I dont really want the person on my list anymore...will she know if i delete her?

does anyone know how to delete a person on gmail chat so that they cant talk to you?

If you just delete it, it'll take it off from your list but not their's

if you block them, they won't notice until they try to send you a message

the only way to remove yourself from their list is to go on her email yourself and delete it by yourself.

You have to block someone for them not to be able to talk to you.

She won't know unless she tries to talk to you, and can't find you on her list.

If you delete her, she will still have you, but you won't have her.

And if you use Gmail Buzz, make sure to block/delete her on that too!
