...pregnant? MTs or Drs Plz? I have been reading alot on overheating your body while pregnant and I know taking very hot baths and showers can be dangerous if you raise your body temp, how do you know if you have raised your temp to a dangerous level? I give hot stone massages at work which involves me holding stone that are well over 100 degrees and massaging them all over the client for an hour a half session, I normally sweat during these, I figured since I was sweating my body was cooling itself down and I drink a BUNCH of water but I have ready that even if you sweat your body is not necessarily cooled down, any help am I putting my unborn at risk?
