So today I just got a brand new INQ Chat 3g after being phone-less for over 3 months. I'm very excited that I'm not MIA anymore 
, but there are many things I either don't understand or don't know how to do on this phone. Also I'm not sure if some of these things are even possible to be done, so here goes the list:
-How to turn off the sound when the phone is turned on/off (without turning the phone onto silent or vibrating mode)
-How to put music on the phone (my PC recognizes the phone but DoubleTwist, the audio transferring service, does not)
-Once I do get songs/pics/videos/etc... on, will I be able to use these as my ring tones or wallpaper?
For each of these problems I have thoroughly scouted all around the internet and couldn't find any help. So if someone can tell me what I can do to fix and get these things, it would be a great help. Thank you.
