Internet orders and refunds

I ordered some essential oils from a well known internet supplier in November. In December I received the majority of the order except for 1 item. I kept this item on order and I'm still awaiting delivery. The company took the money in November. I've sent 2 or 3 e:mails, but they have not got back to me. When I try to phone I just get connected to the fax machine.

Any ideas? - the money isn't the issue - just £3 or so, rather the principle of the thing

I've this is happen before, and have done just like you did, e'mailed them but to no avail.

so l put my comments in writing (snail mail), keeping a copy and within a week l had my item, with an apology.

It's worth a try.

Speaking as another online retailer I would just like to say what poor service, if the item was not in stock you should have been given the option to cancel and refund.

Not answering emails is unacceptable. If you get no joy then name & shame nobody likes bad publicity.

Please send an email to us with the oil you have been let down on, if we have it in stock we will send you it Free of charge!
