MADISONVILLE, Ky. (WFIE) - Madisonville Police Department officials say an investigation at a massage parlor has resulted in the arrest of two women.
According to an affidavit, on September 4 police began an investigation into Total Tranquility Spa and Massage in reference to prostitution.
Police say multiple customers of the spa were interviewed and admitted to paying for sexual favors.
MPD says on Sept. 26, an undercover detective arranged with an employee, Wen Luo, to have sex for $200.
Immediately after, a search warrant was served at the spa.
Police say during the search Guany Jiao was found to be having sex with a man in one of the massage rooms. The man also admitted to paying Jiao for it, and that this wasn’t the first time.
Luo told police the money was given to a third party “boss”, and they received tips for the acts performed.
Investigators say multiple condoms, lubricants and a large amount of money were found throughout the business.

Both Luo and Jiao were arrested and booked into the Hopkins County Jail where they are facing Engaging in Organized Crime charges.
