They do look similar, but so would a lot of girls in this type of picture.

I've only seen Devi in person and I'd say she is slimmer overall, but at the same time is more curvaceous in the ass than Karen. From what I know of Devi, it's highly unlikely. I suppose there is only one way to confirm.

One other possibility we might have overlooked is that they might actually be Twins, separated at a young age and given to different families...
