Is there any chat site's for adults with learning disabilities?

My sister is 31 years old and she has a learning disability. She kind of has a mind of a 8 year old.
Lately, she has been going to chat websites just to chat (given her mentality she hasn't got many friends, if any), she only goes to the chat sites to talk to people, make friends and just so she can have conversations to fill her time.

But the one's she goes on are not suitable for someone like her. for example, she starts crying when someone swears at her on the chat sites. And for some reason, the users on the chat sites have not realised that she has a learning disability.

So... i was wondering if there is a chat site's for adults with learning disabilities? Somewhere safe for her to go on, and where she can talk to people she can relate to and in a similar position.
I was thinking of getting her to sign on to facebook, but she hasn't got friends to add.



Any idea's would be greatly appriciated.

Nah seriously I don't think there are any. Maybe try yahoo chat rooms but to be honest even if you go to a chat room designed for younger users you are going to encounter people who are going to be rude and crass, it's just one of those things about the internet that people can basically say any thing over it with out really having to worry about consequences.

Are you part of any support groups? Or know of others with siblings or the such with the same condition? Maybe get her an MSN account and see if you could find her appropriate people to chat to on there.
