is yahoo chat rooms full of fake ppl?

i dont ever do chat rooms but i thought it would be something new so i tried it on my yahoo messenger..i tried rock music chat room...role playing game room and xbox room..NONE replied to anything i said and was being obviously weird to see if anyone would notice....and all i saw was ppl asking ppl to webcam them or looking for dates when that has nothing to do with games lol..maybe sex games but not xbox or rpgs...

Yes... Most of the ids are fake and spam bots...

About 7 years ago when I used Yahoo Chat, there were a lot of real people and I could find more friends.. But as year passed, spammers have began to use the popular Yahoo Chat and it is really very difficult to find real people..

In fact, now entering into Yahoo chat rooms have been difficult for spam bots, as you have to enter a captcha before entering. But in spite of that, all I get is web cam invitations..

The bots are programmed in such a way that they appear like real people.. But they are not... Their answers are preprogrammed..
