Hmmm... I don't know what this car has anything to do with mp reviews, but for whatever it's worth... you may want to check the car history using VIN number (any accident, etc.) before you buy.

Bought a brand new one this January, 255 horses, with everything included, I mean everything like even a heated steering wheel.

Thoroughly enjoying my new car.

Can't say if the one you're thinking about is ok, but the manufacturer and their products are just superb!

you can check the prices of used cars and see how good or bad of a deal it is or s not.

Have a QUALIFIED MECHANIC check it out and give you a list of problems. Then consider a 9500 asking tobe a sale at 8750 (unless it is extra special).

Check into a bit further and see where it goes

Make sure the ignition control module is ok -- early-mid '90's Nissan's were notorious for them going shortly after the warrantly expired, and they cost almost $2000. A friend of mine actually dumped his Nissan cheap rather than replace the ICM, as he knew there were a couple grand worth of brakes, tires, etc. to be done.

The Maxima is an excellent car overall. If its had regular oil/filter changes the engine is good for >300,000 easy. Also, the cam drive is by chain not belt so it does not need to be replaced every 100,000 miles like many cars

FWIW I have a 1997 Maxima that I bought brand new. It now has a little over 180,000 km on it. I have never had anything go wrong with it. The only money I've put into it is for tires, brakes, lube, oil, filter, and gas.

Even though it has over 180,000 km on it, it still drives like new. No squeeks or rattles; even on bumpy roads.
