I visited Serenity in Surrey the other day as I had decided I needed an MP for a change. The hostess was polite and friendly and the place itself is quite well done. The massage was pretty bad and the service was even worse - no interest, bad attitude and a waste of time and money.

Well, I paid 2 browns and a green (dumb ass !!) and would have rated the experience at just about the one green.

Everytime I looked at her she was gazing at the wall or the ceiling and her technique was about the worst I have ever experienced - and I have experienced some really bad ones, trust me !!

Dear Denstone,

As this is my first post I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Ferne and I am the owner of Serenity, and have been such for the last six years. I'd like to thank you for visiting our establishment, as well my sincere apologies for your less then adequate return on investment the other day.

In no way will I condone Jenna's behavior, she is a very pretty girl and its a shame that your first impressions of her are tarnished with a memory of such an unattractive personality. I will say though, from time to time anyone can have a bad day, sometimes even only a few hours of a day can be horrible before your day turns around. Jenna is a professional though and should know better then to let her personal mood effect you in any way.

To help rectify the situation, I would like to offer you an "agency fee" free visit if you wish to give us a second chance. I will ensure that the girl you visit with is not only stunning on the outside but has a personality and a skill set to match.

I would like to add that a large percentage of my business has always been the repeat client, I run a tight ship and my customers know they can ALWAYS contact me with any concerns, complaints etc. and they will be dealt with right away.

Again my sincere apologies, I hope you take us up on our offer, and that we hear from you soon.

With all that goes on around at times i had to wonder.

Good to see someone takes the time to be concerned with what the customer has to say.
