Every year The Daily Herald takes nominations and lets readers vote for the Best of Snohomish County Awards. This year, 80,000 votes were cast. There are dozens of categories, but here are the 2023 top choices for best massage:

First Place: Relax Mind & Body Massage in Arlington

The medical massage clinic at 3710 168th St. NE, Suite B102, has provided therapeutic and injury massage since 2002. The clinic offers a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, hot stone, pregnancy, and craniosacral. Services are tailored to individual needs.

Relax Mind & Body Massage also provides personalized treatments for those recovering from automobile accidents or workplace injuries. Preauthorization and a doctor’s referral are required for PIP and L&I claims.


Owner Shannon Ingrum, with over 20 years of experience, specializes in craniosacral massage and Bowenwork. Over the past five years, Relax Mind & Body Massage has expanded from a single therapist to a team of 11 therapists and one acupuncturist, increasing from two treatment rooms to six.
