I'm fairly new to this hobby and typically like to stay in the legit space (1. because DB 2. my first massage experience was at an AMP which soured them for me - tbf I didn't know what to expect).

Places like Amazing massage and other massage parlours are nice since the staff can typically do a decent massage and there's no secondary expectations so conversation is a bit safer too but the whole experience feels a bit mechanical. Especially if its a popular place with many clientele. I had recent massage from Chery at Amazing which was pretty much as described above. Good pressure and targeted on the muscles as asked for. I think, in comparison, independent RMTs are like the wild west. More risky, more exciting but with the right provider potentially a much more comfortable space. Michelle is well known in these parts and I had a decent experience with her - good conversation and a good massage (overall ). But I'd like to see if I can find better.

So fellow gents - I guess this post is a long winded way of asking if one were looking for a good massage, good conversation, attractiveness and not necessarily extras, where could they find themselves? Currently on my radar is Wellness on whyte and 4 points but open to parlours and independents

Xiaoping and TingTing are both great for massages. Now you might get some teasing leading to a diy…But not always and not first visit. Just make it clear not looking for that and there for a good therapeutic session, they always deliver!

When it comes to a therapeutic massage by an RMT who directs bills, the only person I see is Sonia at Ancestral Therapeutics. Myself and others have discussed her so you can read up. She’s also an Osteopath and can issue receipts (not direct bill). She’s technically very skilled but also a great person and a natural healer. My last time there, she massaged a part of my stomach that surprised me but I let it go. It wasn’t sexual in any way. It was actually uncomfortable at first and then started to feel great. I asked her afterwards why there and she said she could just tell that something was up and needed work. She’s awesome. Check out her website.
