Unreliable and a waste of time

Texted to book and got varying responses sounding like they came from different people. I suspect someone else handles the phones. Replies can take up to hours. Prebooked a time, showed up at the specified time and got asked to wait an hour...no respect for your time. Left to spend my money elsewhere.
