My girlfriend has just got a bottle of Linden essential oil which is one she has never used before.
Even though it is a resin oil she has had real difficulty getting it to come out of the bottle (it's almost solid). She was told by the supplier that she should warm it gently and it would easily come out of the bottle. She's tried that in hot water for about 30 minutes and nothing happened.
Has she been sent a dodgy old bottle of oil or does she need to do something else to get it out i.e. sitting it in Boiling water.
She's a bit miffed at the minute as it's not the cheapest of oils.
Cheers
