Looking for a referral for a outcall Massage Therapist....

I'm looking for a Massage Therapist (MT) that provides an outcall service to my home. (in Edmonton)

I know that there are alot of "providers" that offer such services, however I have specific requests:

1) She must provide some basic skills/knowledge of how to do a massage. If she does, this would lead to repeat business.

2) A MT that brings an actual massage table to the appointment. I don't want the massage done on a bed or on the floor. I would ask that an actual massage table be brought. Again, this leads to a real massage being done (and not other "services").

3) There is no implication (or requirements) for anything above/beyond that of a basic massage.

4) If you have any names/phone numbers of anyone in the Edmonton area that you could share, I would appreciate that.

I'm looking for weekday evening appointments (after 9pm)....so that would have to work in her schedule.
